I took my car in and John was very helpful. He explained what needed to be done step-by-step. Also helped me with a car rental. The guys that worked on my car did a great job and also washed my car! 🚙 I’ll let my friends know where to take their car if needed be. 😊

The service at Juiels Auto Clinic was truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to make the entire repair process as easy and stress free as possible. From providing free transportation to the rental car facility, to offering a complimentary car wash, their attention to customer service was outstanding. Most importantly, their team worked quickly and efficiently. All of my repairs were completed in just 2 business days. It is rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers and goes the extra mile to make sure they are taken care of. I am extremely impressed with Juiels Auto Clinic and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality auto repair and exceptional customer service. I would recommend this place to the whole city of San Antonio… wait all of Texas for any of their repair needs. The staff was super friendly. Provided transportation to my rental and were quick on the repair. 10/10 best repair shop in town.

I had my vehicle getting a paint job and other things fixed after à car accident. When my vehicle was ready , I was asked if wanted my vehicle to be dropped off at my house and I told them yes. When I got home from work , I noticed they had missed a spot in front of the car (small scratch) I called them back to let them know and The man I talked to said “well , I noticed you have a similar vehicle parked next to the one I just dropped off( insinuating I was talking about my other vehicle) Why would I mention a different vehicle when I would have to take the vehicle that was fixed to check the spot they missed. I took pictures an à video of my vehicle that had been fixed at Juiels Auto Shop on military drive. So I was told to take it in and I did. I was told it would be ready the next day on Saturday and that they would drop it off at 2 pm. Weekend of 4th of July. Saturday passed, Monday I called ,around 12:30 , Lady answered told her what I was told on Friday and said she would take care of it and that my vehicle would be dropped off in 2 hrs. I get home from work at 6 and my car wasn’t there. Tuesday morning I called at 7:15 am told them what happened and my car was dropped off in an hour. They did a great job with the paint job snd fixing what needed to be fixed BUT … the delivery was a mess, lack of communication among employees.

The job is as not complete, yall told me the side steps would come in and I would get a call but I didn’t get a call to bring the truck in so they can get installed . My truck is missing the side steps , I need this resolved asap
