Everyone I spoke to was so nice and courteous. The only suggestion I would have is managing customer expectations. I was told my car would be done in a week and I understand that things happen but I would have appreciated a call telling me the new timeline. I had to call each day and I felt bad! I wasn't trying to rush but because I didn't have a rental I had to plan my travel. I would have liked just knowing I would need alternative transportation for 2 weeks instead of going day to day. But even then, everyone was great and nice!

The team at Juiels are the best! I came in for a quote, they gave me two options and told me the difference between the two. After dropping my car off, they kept me up to date with the progress. I would definitely recommend them!
