I often had to call the office to get updated even though the person who was working with the insurance company said he'll call back. Supposedly something was broken before the accident, but there was no communication regarding the issue/"the code" and I was not made aware until I brought it up after I took it home AND brought the car back. Again, he said he will call back with the estimate for the out of pocket expense. Did I hear back? No. It feels suspicious because there was no communication or documentation regarding this issue before hand. Had I known before the repair took place, I would have paid out of pocket to get it fixed when the car was at the shop for a month.

My car looks great, I only wish that when the new headlight was installed it looks so clean but the other headlight has a haze and doesn’t match the new one. Not sure if you can clean the light or not but it’s the only thing I can think of that isn’t perfect!
