From the second I opened the door to your business i was greeted by Batya. She was super professional, had a smile on her face, was very thorough with what i was to expect turning in my car for repair. She was highly knowledgeable about the process my insurance would take. She called with updates so i was never in the dark of what was going on. She needs a raise for sure! Overall i will be recommending Kaizen to anyone that needs auto body repair!
