My light was fixed, but the camera is not lined up correctly and the view is obstructed. I was never told there was an issue with the camera. I discovered it myself after picking up the vehicle. When I brought it back, I was told it was somehow my fault and that they were sorry but couldn’t fix it, then I was handed my keys and sent on my way. I do appreciate that the light was repaired and is working, but I’m disappointed with how the camera issue was handled.

I think Kaizen did a job well done fixing the back of my car after it was damaged. It honestly looked like nothing had ever happened, and the camera worked perfectly again. The staff were very friendly, especially Daisy, she is such a sweetheart! Terrell was also very helpful and did a great job keeping me updated on the timeline throughout the process. Overall, great service, great results, and great people.
