From the beginning to the end I was very satisfied. I was a walk in for an estimate and was helped right away. I was given a very detailed estimate. The whole process was very smooth and once I dropped my car off for repair I was being updated often on my car. Communication was great and everyone was very nice. I would highly recommend Kaizen Collision Center in El Mirage.

I left the property with a check engine light on that wasn’t there when dropping it off, 2 days late on planned completion, an extra crack in the windshield, my extra $20.00 I keep in the center console for emergencies is gone.
