I told your staff I needed the coach for a weekend trip. When I picked it up it was not finished which was ok. I was then told I had to pay before I could take the incomplete job. Accounting insisted. I told them I had just been approved for a card with special introductory benefits but the card was evening sent. Could they hold off. They said no and I gave them my AX card to hold. They charged nec3.5% extra. When I returned the coach fir the remainder of the work I asked to refund the AX card and put the total charge on my new Chase card. I was told they would charge me another 3.5%. Also the estimate payment made by StAte Farm was around $2700. Your bill was over $8000. Audacious.

This company was great to do business with. The girls answering the phone and in the front office were very friendly and polite. Kyle was very accommodating. The car turned out fantastic. They located underlying issues that I wasn’t aware even existed. I recommended this repair shop 100%. Thank you.
