Good evening… today I picked up my car from your facilities in El Mirage, Glendale, AZ. I was served by Deisy Roa and Ronnie, very kind and professional people… but the manager “Lad,” I don’t know her name exactly, so I consider her to be unprofessional and disrespectful… claiming that the damage caused by the shop was my fault… the question isn’t whose fault it is, but how she behaved, claiming I was to blame, knowing that it was the painter who removed the tape and damaged the paint. People like that woman should not hold positions where they reflect poorly on the company’s image. I am very pleased with the work. The car was well done. However, that person should be taught a little about customer service and how to resolve objections. Thank you for your services. Blessings.
