Kaizen Collision Center was founded on a core principle and that was to serve the customer. Some may say serving the customer with an automotive need is simple, repair the problem and you have done your job. Here at Kaizen Collision Center serving our customers goes so much further than the part where we actually repair your vehicle. Providing shuttle services, daily updates, personalized care, and superior customer service is some of the way we separate from other shops. We have a unique process that really gets down to the nuts and bolts of the repair process not just what you can see on the surface. It has always and will always be my goal to be the solution for our customer’s needs. With each customer, we always try to find a way to make the repair memorable in a great way by doing that “little bit extra” that did not need to be done.

Customer service, communication and repair work were outstanding. Jordan is a really great asset. However, keeping your customers waiting for their car for 5+ weeks, and not offering to help with the cost of the rental, is really problematic. I believe there are things that could have been done differently to mitigate that...although that would mean thinking outside the box which doesn't happen these days.

It was an absolute pleasure working with your team. Each member demonstrated knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism at every interaction. From start to finish, I felt supported by a team genuinely committed to my best interests. Despite the current challenges in the auto parts industry, the repairs were completed much quicker than expected. I must admit, I was absolutely blown away when I saw my car. Both the interior and exterior were in impeccable condition—clearly cleaned with tremendous effort and meticulous attention to detail. On a scale from 1 to 10, I wish I could give you a 20!

The quality of workmanship was superb and the communication was great. Jordan and Haley were always pleasant and responsive to every question. The supply chain for parts has been jacked for years since Covid so there were delays mostly due to SF. My '07 Tundra was a mess and parts are scarce but perfection is worth waiting for.
