Maybe it’s because it’s a new model so the parts are hard to come by but they had my truck for 3 weeks….I’ve never had a repair take that long, even much bigger repair jobs!

My car looks terrific, like a new car! I was surprised when I picked it up because the car looks like it has an entire new paint job and you cannot see where the damage was from being rear ended!

Excellent Customer service from Deborah at the reception desk and Levi Fausch who I understand retired from Kaizen after my job was complete. . There was another man who gave me a 10 minute explanation of how roads are built, causing my car to pull to the left , when the job was done! (even though it was balanced when I took the car in!) I am not young and have driven this car back and forth to the state of Maine 3 times and made numerous trips to Salt Lake City and NEVER BEFORE has the car pulled to the left,, no matter which lane I was driving in!

Good work but very slow. Expected completion date was extended several times even though parts were verified as being available. Parts supplier called me directly vs Kaizen, not sure why.

Front desk is disorganized and seems confused. The agent working the order was good but overworked - juggling too much at once forcing them to give excuses so they’re not embarrassed.
