They did a good job overall fixing my car and updating me daily about the condition of the car . The only thing that needs improvement was the initial phone call to book an appointment . I felt there was some misinformation or lack of communication upfront about the process . Tyler did a great job of explaining everything .

I was very satisfied with all of the people I dealt with. Tyler Strang was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. He explained things very well and kept me informed of the status of my car and the claim. When they were advised that a part was going to cause a delay in the repair he gave me the pros and cons of the options. The ladies who worked at the front desk were also helpful and pleasant. I would be extremely likely to go there again for a repair.
