Kaizen was great to work with. They gave me a full estimate and explained exactly what needed to be done. The parts were ordered the same day. I was notified when the parts arrived. Within a few days few days the repairs were done. The repaired hatchback door and associated area looked like new. Thank you Kaizen.

6/5 stars honestly. Had such a good experience here given the circumstances. They were responsive to every concern, worked with my insurance to make a better deal, they were accommodating to my schedule changes, and every staff member, especially Zakkre, was extremely pleasant to work with.
