Staff was very polite, professional and helpful. Car sustained damage to rear tail gate door. At first, advisor said door would need replaced. Then later said they could fix it. Had piece split, but it was a panel that was removed and replaced along with rear tailgate window. That part was done very well. However, there was more damage to door than just that cracked panel. The impact caused the upper sides of door to bow out and there are gaps on the back and sides where it does not fit tight or flush with the body. Rear latch was not aligned correctly. Took back next day. Said they would fix and adjust the door but the door has no adjustment available in it. The did re-align the door latch, but nothing could be done to f I x the bowed out door. DOOR SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPLACED - insurance would gave paid for it but they elected to go the easiest and cheapest route. Not happy. They said they tested the door to make sure it was water tight. Looks like a team of 1st year high school auto body guys did the work. I have pics if you want them. Would not use you again or recommend you.
