I called to see how long my car repair would take and used the phone number on the original estimate. I was curtly advised that this was her personal mobile number and not the business phone. Why would it be on the company invoice then?? Also, the papers I signed when the car was dropped off asked for a contact phone number to let me know the status of the repair. I gave my phone number to be contacted, yet my husband (who has Alzheimers) was called instead. Since it was on a Friday I had to wait until Monday to get my car which caused an extra 2 days of my replacement rental.
