Back when you were Northglenn autobody, I DID recommend you to anyone and everyone. They were very good communicators and very good at what they did. This is my first experience with Kaizen and I am not at all impressed

Pretty simple fix, removing an old part and snapping in a new one

Communication was horrible. This very simple fix took three months because at first the wrong part was ordered and then nobody ever called me to tell me when the parts arrived. I had to call frequently and nobody could ever give me an answer. Voicemail messages went un answered as well.

My only complaint is that you had my car for a week before you began the work, thus costing me an addional 7 days of rental car expense that wasn't necessary.
