These guys did a great job joe and Noel and one other young lady helped me out with my car repairs and they all were excellent the kept me updated and really went above and beyond to ensure my experience was seamless.

This has been the first time I’ve experienced a tire blowout incident. The level of damage a blowout caused was unbelievable. I was hesitant about having repairs. Kaizen staff made that process simple and stress free. Repair time was very manageable and completed much earlier than expected. My truck looks great again and still runs great. I’m happy for the work Kaizen did.

The communication was not great and you guys dropped the ball on my camera being broken issue. No one called me back to help me get it repaired. Told me it was broken when It came in which was untrue. I bypassed you and went straight to the insurance company and they helped me get it fixed which it was damaged from the auto collision.
