Kaizen Collision in Queen Creek was nothing short of amazing. The work they did was fantastic and they were there to provide me updates every step of the way. Every time I had to reach out and speak with them they were always eager to help and let me know what needs to be done. My car was a special case, it was denied by other shops but Kaizen made sure to take special care of my vehicle and repaired it in a very timely manner. Ultimately I will be referring this shop to friends and family or anyone else that I know who needs vehicle repairs. Thank you again Kaizen!!!

I was very pleased with the entire process, from attaining the rental to getting regular updates and, perhaps most importantly, getting my car fixed properly and in the time frame promised. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and the repair techs were very thorough in making sure that all the hidden damages were properly repaired.
