Great work, charged my car and left it clean. Only bummer is one of the extra work I wanted done, didn't get accomplished and the text system used to track the status of my car is not accurate. I picked it up today and it said my car would be ready on the 19th.

The work on my windshield was excellent and completed promptly. However the additional repairs were not completed.

The Glass Repair Specialist and the receptionist were excellent and very helpful. The person overseeing repairs did not verify and follow with the repairs and failed to capture additional damage that was seen at vehicle pickup.

I am disappointed I bring my Tesla here whenever something happens but this time even tho I had made concerns with the insurance company as well as kaizen I was told there is nothing they can do and that they were not going to look in to anything else as well as progressive telling me kaizen and progressive does not do a safety check of the vehicle before releasing it so in my mind they put a bandaid on it till it breaks the next time which is wild these two companies used to be awesome to deal with but now it looks as if they are looking out for each other
