Kaizen was amazing! First off they worked directly with progressive to get my car repaired quickly, and with zero hassle. The process was simple to drop off and pick up, they coordinated a rental car for me, and the work that was done was fantastic. You would have never known that someone hit my car. The staff was super nice and responsive, and I couldn’t be happier. Obviously getting into an accident is an inconvenience, but they made it as convenient as possible.
