Melody has been absolutely exceptional in handling the claim. He went above and beyond what I expected. She was able to drive me to my rental car place, which I never expected her to do. And she was very professional about the estimates, costs and the process. I was also informed along the way I would be expected. Melody was my agent, and she did an absolutely superb job. She managed the estimate very accurately, spoke with the insurance company, got all the right parts ordered, and she turned around my car in less than two weeks, which was absolutely miraculous. Additionally, she went above and beyond, and she drove me to Enterprise Car Rental to help me get the car and help me get to the hospital where I work. This level of kindness and customer treatment exceeded my expectations. You don't see this nowadays, but Kaizen was truly a remarkable place. I already sent several of my friends who needed collision repair work there. Melody has been a great person to work with, and I'm grateful for her advice, thoughts, and managing this so that I hardly had to be involved. Thank you again very much. I really appreciate you.
