It was great working with Melody Pierce on my vehicle repair and getting the vehicle back to me quickly. Overall a great experience. I am thankful that Kaizen was able to accept my Telsa when the factory Tesla collision center could not.

Great service! The only improvement I could recommend is that someone follow up via text with a status update - e.g., waiting on parts, estimate vehicle to be ready, etc. I was able to call and was taken care of, but I have to carve out time from my workday to do so. No other concerns! Staff was very friendly and polite!!
