I have used Kaizen in the past. Communication is great and once an issue was identified, it was addressed.

At the pickup of my vehicle, I observed a few "bubbles" in the clear coat - they were readily apparent. These items should have been addressed during a QA review prior to my arrival, and lowered my confidence. They were addressed before I left within 10 minutes.
