I am giving a 1 because I’m waiting to hear back about the scratches that were partially repaired. These are below the trunk hood. When I dropped the car off I was told they would be taken care of. When I picked the car up it looked like they had been painted with white out and not the color of the car.

In take discussion did not match actual time it took to get the job done. Did not provide any paperwork on how long before I could wash or put the bra back on my bumper. Had to go back to get my headlight working.

Professional service. I was able to get my car before 3/3, the work looked great and car was super clean. During the drop off walkthrough, the gentleman also pointed out an unrelated damage to the rims which I had not noticed. Super helpful and professional.
