Overall, what the car was brought in for was repaired wry well. What caused me some dissatisfaction was the number of small avoidable damages to the car caused during the repair and the interior condition (very dirty) vs the exterior condition, recently rinsed/washed.

The rep I dealt with was great. Kept me informed and responded quick to my questions. The condition of the car upon pickup didn’t meet my expectations and he was willing to address the damages that I identified. It’s just a shame there wasn’t more care by repair staff to avoid causing additional damage.

my side mirrors no longer work properly but I can't tell if that is something you did or the vehicle itself. There is also a small patch of scuffed paint on the driver's side fender that wasn't touched.

I kept getting texts at my work number even though I asked to be texted on my mobile. Also, when I got in my car there was a dirty rage on the headrest and my car had less than a gallon of gas in it.
