There is still a bump in the trunk above the latch that closes and the weatherstripping is not flat anymore. The service tech said it’s supposed to be that way after accidents with Tesla as it just happens. But this is not the case.

The only reason its not a 10 is that the white seats, steering wheel, and armrest in my Tesla were left pretty filthy and i still have not been able to get the dinginess fully off :(

I can not emphasize enough how happy I am about my experience with Kaizen Auto repair. The repair was done in a timely manner; as a matter of fact my car was repaired 3 days earlier than the anticipated date. I'm happy with the repair, with the ongoing communication while my car was in the shop, and with the people working there. Everyone was very friendly and communicative. I highly recommend this Auto Collision Repair shop.

I'm very satisfied with my experience with Kaizen Collision Tempe. My car was repaired in a timely manner and to perfection. The shop took care of all the paperwork with the insurance. I didn't have to do anything. The staff there was very accommodating, understanding and professional. Even though my insurance covered the repair, the total price was surprisingly low. I highly recommend this Collision Repair shop.
