Where do I start? You fought internally over who was going to do the work on my vehicle, caused a 3 week delay, didn't order parts, then didn't order the right parts, had employees lying to me. It was a NIGHTMARE.

The only reason I would not recommend you is the distance I had to travel to your location because the Tempe location is the only one Tesla Certified.

Great understanding and explanation when I called to get info on timing and certification. Was able to get my Tesla in the next week and it was ready 11 days EARLY! Easy drop off and pick up for rental car with enterprise. All around it was a great experience!
