I would have given a 10, though I opened the frunk yesterday to put in some Christmas presents and we noticed it had been disassembled with screws laying in the bottom of it and none of the clips were even engaged. I put it back together myself as it was easy. Though, the lack of attention to detail has me questioning the entire repair.

We chose not to use insurance but the mechanics there told me how much it would roughly be and tried to find us ways to reduce it. I know it's coincidence, but they also didn't have to: they significantly reduced the price because some other customer had the same repair on teh back of the car, so they didn't have to order the parts for us separately, saving us $3k.
