Will be actively encouraging Tesla owners to go elsewhere. Insurance fraud isn’t a joke and you guys are committing it.

Excessive amounts of unnecessary repairs that will raise my insurance rates. Loose repeater cameras and non-adhering chrome shells (for again, unnecessary parts replacements) — squeaky passenger window upon return, vehicle returned with a tire at 16psi, orange peel texture in the paint, poor communication, rear under shield not replaced after being ripped by the sign that was hit. Terrible communication/setting of expectations. Will never come back. Will be going over the repair line item by line item with my insurance company noting the unnecessary repairs in efforts to reduce the rise in my insurance rates.

Front of house staff did their jobs admirably and were professional. I do not agree with the manager (Brian’s) opinions on how to operate his business though and refuse to use his services in the future. Will happily drive to an actual Tesla Collision Center for better service.
