This has been a disappointing experience for me. Having used this company in the was Satisfied with their work this time was not the case. I have two more vehicles that need repairs from the same storm that damage this one and I will be looking elsewhere.

The car was filthy when I picked it up. The windshield and glass had smear marks and handprints all over it. There is polishing compound in every crack and crevice of the car. The door jams are filthy with sanding, dust and polishing compound. My front license plate and bracket was not reinstalled. The panel alignment is off on the hood and charger port. The passenger mirror is not put together correctly. The rear speakers are not reinstalled correctly and make a popping noise.

The ladies that I dealt with originally were very nice and professional. The gentleman I dealt with during the repair was rather dismissive and snarky. The gentleman in the shop that I dealt with when I brought my car back was very professional.

Repair is excellent, I gave you a 9 though as your detail folks sprayed I don't know what to make the car smell nicer, and it's such a strong scent it gives me a headache to drive the car, so it's been windows wide open non-stop trying to get the smell out. Would have been nice if you asked before using a smelly car freshener.
