We were misinformed on how long it would take. Then we were told it would be done on Friday. Then it was not done on Friday and because of all of this I had to rent a car. And after all of this I was disappointed in the job itself. I did not say anything about my disappointment.

Everyone I met was amazing. They were friendly, helpful, efficient. I felt cared for, and most importantly, I felt my car was in good hands. I greatly appreciated the regular, friendly updates from Sami. It gave me peace of mind as my car was being worked on. I also appreciate the condition in which my car was returned to me. It was cleaner than when I brought it in. That kind of care and attention is something I highly value. I also appreciated the ease of being able to come by after hours so I didn’t have to rearrange my work schedule just to be able to pick up my car. Overall, I’m 100% satisfied with the experience.
