This has been the best experience I've had with auto body repair. They kept me updated and made sure to provide a comprehensive review of the repairs done. It was so easy and I could even leave the rental car with them and allow for one stop pick up. The staff was wonderful and I really appreciate that they made everything stress free.

1. Driver-side door window does not fully close when the door is shut. It appears slightly misaligned. 2. There is a obvious spot on the hood where the finish is noticeably off-color 3. I noticed several small spots that were not finished well. I’m unsure if this is typical craftsmanship for this type of repair - this includes not replaced part. 4. The seats were noticeably dirty, which was very disappointing given the expectation of a clean interior after service. one of the technicians tried to clean up but was not the same as before. This car is barely made a year. 1, 2 and 3 should be redone. I live 45 min away… won’t be fun trip.
