The staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. Tony kept me up to date with the status of my repairs and the dealings with the insurance company. Everything was explained completely and gone over when I picked up the car. I was reassured if there was anything that seemed off to definitely come back and let them know. I hope I never have to, but I would definitely do business with Kentucky Collision Center again.

The work performed was good but my back window was broken during its removal. I was told that the back window was a onetime use. Not true according to Toyota dealership. IF I had not checked with Toyota KCC would have made me pay for the back window. KCC needs to own up to their (or their contractor) mistakes.
