Spent many years of my life in automotive industry, everything was transparent and fluid. No complaints what so ever. Tony was phenomenal from top to bottom! He made everything seem almost personal and was very real in terms of explaining systematic process etc. He was essentially the one man band. I think he did everything light of painting the car and shinning my shoes. Can’t say anything about other employees but make sure you work with Tony if you can (make sure you tell him how much the Cardinals suck)

Tony failed to explain they don’t except checks said they did except cards. But failed to state didn’t take cash. We went to pick up with cash in hand and had to use a card. My wife did not want to use a card. Need to discuss payment at time of estimate.
