I was told it would take maybe a few weeks , it actually took 6 weeks . I even ask to take and use my truck until they was ready to fix it. They said no. The people were rude. They wasn’t suppose to use and after market parts but did on bumper. When I went to pick up truck they made a big deal on the deductible, but I thought the insurance already done that. I did pay 500 that day I picked up truck.i will never use this place again. I ask for a discount due to the super long wait, the manager said no. Duane middleton

I was told to fix bumper and tailgate No longer than 2 weeks took 6 weeks. They were rude. When I ask for a discount due to my work and length of time in the shop. Manager said not possible. Very rude! I will never use this place again!!!

Tony did a fantastic job and the "body work " and paint are excellent. However somewhere between Kevin (shop manager) and liberty mutual insurance they decided the locked up damaged brakes and the back up camera that was damaged and is a foggy mess. They decided NOT to fix these items. I'm not sure who is lying but the decision is being passed back and forth.

I worked with Tony and he was awesome , he communicated with me constantly about updates with my car , was really helpful when it came to an emergency situation when I needed my car back. Everyone staff wise was friendly and helpful, this being my first deer incident they really helped me all steps of the way , from handling the insurance and making sure I knew what was going on , thank you Tony and thank you and all your team !
