If I was being critical I'd suggest if you intend to close the shop for a weather event you have a list of customers to call to advise them of such and the new expected completion date rather than have them figure it out themselves

It won’t let me hit 0 or 1. Absolutely not a four. I would actively go out of my way to prevent anyone I know or ever come across from ever using this repair shop. Crooked. Unorganized. Rude. Unprofessional. I can stress enough how bad the experience has been.

Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had or that I’ve heard of. Completely unacceptable. Canceled my appointment due to their scheduling mistakes. Rescheduled 2 months later. UNACCEPTABLE. they blamed supply chain shortage.. bold face lie that I do not accept due to them arleady admitting they never ordered them. Charged double the estimate price. Insanely rude and not easy to work with. Paid over 500 for rental car coasts that they fully should have compensated as I would not have needed it if they had not screwed up so badly. My insurance is previously listed them a the preferred service. They have now ended the relationship the repair shop and actually filed complaints from their end as well as will now be diverting business to this location. Absolutely horrible
