If the damage to my vehicle did not occur while in the shop, I would have confidently recommended the shop to anyone looking for repairs.

The work Kenwood did on my car was done very well and looks superb. Additionally, it was done in a timely manner. I would have gladly given a rating of 10, but after leaving the Kenwood I noticed that the inside plastic door panel of the drivers side had been cracked, which was not the case when I first left my car in Kenwood’s care.

I interacted with William and Stan while repairs were being made on my vehicle. They were both extremely friendly and helpful. The customer service alone would make me want to return to Kenwood, but unfortunately other reasons mentioned here make me less likely to do so.
