James W. Made this experience so smooth and efficient. My car was vandalized and Kenwood auto body did the repairs and every step of the way, James kept me informed and answered all my questions (and I had plenty of them). Good customer service is hard to find and James truly embodies excellent customer service. It was a positive experience!

I was slightly satisfied with the repair. There was an aftermarket trim piece installed on my vehicle by the previous owner that I did not want reinstalled after the repair, the technician stated that it would not be installed and it unfortunately was placed back on the vehicle.

The service and staff at Kenwood are second to none! They worked with me and my insurance company seamlessly. When we had a problem that threatened to delay the work and create a big problem for me they worked through the problem solving process and with some out of the box thinking got it solved in no time! This was a mess from the beginning. You guys told us one thing and Erie something else. Then did not return Geico's calls for a week. Then could not get the car on a lift for another week so Geico could examine it. So frustrating ...
