Greg and his staff are wonderful! The day I hit a deer, I reached out to Greg and was able to drive my vehicle to the shop and he personally temporary fixed my bumper so it wouldn’t rub my tire while we waited for parts. Not only were they so quick and kind they were also very patient with me to bring my vehicle back in for the repair. I use my truck regularly to pull a trailer, so I had to delay bringing it back in several times and they were always understanding. Once the repair was complete, the work was perfect! You can’t even tell my truck hit a deer or had parts replaced. 10/10 recommend taking your vehicle to Greg and his team at Key City Collision!

We didn't feel the same kind of value for the repair this time around as in previous times. We were given the run around. Vehicle was returned not fixed on 2/20 for us to return the vehicle for additional repairs.

Lack of communication to us and to the front team about our vehicle. It was a mess and we could tell. It was not the best experience for us. The only thing that was positive is a member of the team delivering the vehicle to us but again no communication on what was done or that it was finished.

My family will never use another body shop other than Key City collision. I am aware there are two separate locations and I am sure both are wonderful. However, We will stay with Greg and his team. I will highly recommend them to anybody in the future.
