I am completely satisfied with the repairs done to my 14 F150. Everyone was friendly and polite. I was rear ended and had a my rear bumper damaged also had a few dents on my tailgate. When I pick up my pickup it had a new rear bumper and boy was I surprised with the tailgate. I walked around my truck and all was good except one thing. I walked back in to the office, the two gentlemen that were there stopped and looked at me then said is everything okay. I said no, what is the issue they asked. I said my tailgate is paint. I was expecting you to PDR those dents out. You have to understand my tailgate paint was peeling off. So what a surprise to see it paint like new, was not expecting that!! I highly recommend Key City to anyone who is looking for a place to repair your vehicles body work! Thank you all for all your hard work and time!! Really appreciate you all

My car had what I consider severe damage to the point of being afraid it would totaled. Greg assured me that it would be fixed to factory condition and it 100% was! I’ve known Greg for many years and used whatever body shop he was at when I needed repair. Key City is very fortunate to have Greg at the helm of their new location and that shop was the cleanest most well organized body shop I’ve ever stepped foot into! I wouldn’t recommend any shop in the area other than you guys! Thanks to everyone involved that got my car back on the road like nothing ever happened!

Can't speak highly enough of Key City Collision. Very satisfied with the whole experience. They were fast but did not compromise quality. Very professional and friendly. Hope I don't have to use them again lol, but if I do I will be going back to Key City.
