The person I dealt with most often on the phone after my vehicle was towed there turned out to be the owner of the shop. Which is always nice because the guy in charge is who you want to be speaking with when you're trying to get stuff done. He even checked with me to make sure that I had another form of transportation while he was working on the car. If I didn't hate typing so much I would leave a much more glowing review, they did very well. Forgot to mention I live in San Angelo and wasn't able to head out that way to pick it up till later in the day and he stayed late so I can get my car.
