Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value After a deer decided to play tag with my van, I had to file my 1st claim. Ricky made the process very easy and painless. He took care of all the dealings with my insurance. My van was fixed good as new, and in the time frame as promised! It was such a pleasure working with Laura & Ricky, the are very professional and friendly individual's. They even cleaned my van for me, it looks amazing! AND they refurbished my headlight that wasn't replaced, so they match. And the headlights look brand new!! I will recommend Key City Collision to anyone that needs collision repair.
