I’m completely unsatisfied with the repairs its cheaply done the fabric is sagging and loose and not fixed its just thrown together not to mention it took a month to do the repair If they didn’t know what they were doing I should have been notified before they started the work

I brought my car in to get the glass in my sunroof replaced and they replaced the glass but end up changing my sunshade with some cheap aftermarket replacement when that wasn’t broken when I brought it in and the time it took for the repairs was just unacceptable

I took my car to the a total of three times for repair. The original time then two others because the job was not done. Ashley was very apologetic which was all well and good but it did not fix the fact that when I picked it up the final time I noticed a long scratch down my tail light that was not there when I dropped it off the original time nor was it there the second, third time I dropped off. I did not say anything when picking my car up because I knew it would have been an argument with them. Stay FAR away from this place if you want to invest your money in rentals while they STILL have your car and it still not be properly painted. When I inquired about them paying my portion of the rental I was informed by the gentleman there that they don’t cover the insurance portion of the rental and for me to just not purchase the insurance. I was also informed if I was to drop my car off on the Thursday I would get my vehicle back the next day. I laughed because I knew this was not true. I was looking at the previous times they had it. I was indeed correct. Friday came and went with no contact from them. I then heard from enterprise that my insurance was no longer paying for my rental that king bros was paying for it. This was on the Monday after I was promised the vehicle well after 5pm. I got a phone call from king bros on Tuesday at 4:30 pm was told my car was done and they close at 5pm. I was upset due to the fact no communication, I was at work and this all being last minute. I went and got vehicle on Weds morning only to check vehicle out and saw the scratch on the tail light, I went in to get my keys. Ashley asked if I looked at my car and I said yes and I’m not happy. Got my keys and walked out and said I’m done. Again… stay far away from this place. One thing I did not mention is my car had the “orange peel” look where it was painted. They were kind enough to clean the inside of my car out which it did not need as my car was already clean inside. I only noticed that due to the different smell in there.
