Lack of communication. I felt like a victim in the process of getting my vehicle repaired. Have used King Brothers for all my repairs and have sent many of my friends there but this experience was terrible.

The staff at King Brothers was very pleasant and professional. It did take a while to get started on my vehicle because of a COVID outbreak but the job was complete the work was done very well even though at the end my car was eventually totaled. I always keep cards to advertise for the business that I approve of and King Brothers is on the top of my list. It was a pleasure doing business with you .

Brother Ecosport still has one small electrical issue with parking backup senser. Your shop stated its a battery. Don't really know what to do to fix the issue.
