Wanting to share my experience with Kniesel’s Collision here on 18th street. Had the unfortunate event of getting into a fender bender and scratching the rear of my car and making the panel out of alignment. Thankfully I had insurance and this shop had the best reviews. Mark was very communicative and transparent about the entire process. He explained what kind of work would need to be done, the cost and how long it would take. The final bill reflected that so no surprises there thankfully. Turnaround time was amazing. I brought it in on Monday and had it back on Thursday morning. Would recommend this Mark and this shop if you need body work done on your vehicle.

My car looks like it did when I drove it away from the dealership! Mark was extremely helpful and the communication from him was great throughout. The text messages seem to be far less accurate and up to date, though.

My car had been rear ended and I’m so glad that I chose Kniesel’s to do the repairs. The shop is spotless, my contact, Mark was great with communication and, though it took a while (because the damage was more extensive than I thought on my year old car), when I picked up my car, it looked as if I’d picked up a new car again at the dealership. Oh, and they love my dog!
