Tyler and Lisa are great! They did an excellent job on my Volvo. Tyler made sure my vehicle was in perfect condition, and Lisa went out of her way to make my second experience exceptional. I’ve used them before and they did excellent work then as well! Definitely my choice of body shops!

Kniesel's made a stressful experience quick and painless. I was prepared to have to be aggressive in order to receive proper service, the usual experience. Mark and Julie were both lovely and welcoming from the moment I walked through the door. The estimator walks you through every step and explains everything in great detail -- super beginner friendly! Overall, an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend! 11/10 for sure.

This is my second time coming here to undo some body damage and, once again, I left totally satisfied. When Tyler took a quick look at the damage and said something like this'll be breezy, that was reassuring. When I kept getting updates from Tyler, that was reassuring. I don’t leave reviews often, but this place genuinely earned one — Kneisel’s is the GOAT of auto repair in Sacramento, and it’s not even close. Mark was absolutely incredible from start to finish. He handled the inspection, walked me through the estimate, and spearheaded the entire repair process with a level of professionalism and care you just don’t see anymore. You could tell he actually knew what he was doing and genuinely cared about getting it right. Straight up one of the best I’ve dealt with in any service industry. And then Lisa took it to another level — she personally delivered my car and followed every instruction to a T. The whole handoff was seamless. Zero stress, zero confusion. Just flawless execution.
