I was very grateful for Omar. His communication was excellent and he also made sure to expedite repairs so that I did not have to rent a car. The care was perfectly detailed as well and even had a fresh smell and clean interior which was nice since we use the car to transport my mom's diabetic dog to and from the vet and we are back and forth between Tahoe and Sacramento several times a week. Thank you to the courteous and friendly staff for making me feel like family 😊

Both of your office staff, the girl I referred to as "sunshine", when I walk in the door, I'm greeted warmly with a smile so big, I want to give more business. Omar was very professional and considerate when he listened to my explanation and upon my return to pickup my truck, he showed me where her gave some extra attention that he had cleaned also. Your whole operation served me beyond my expectations, total repair in less than 2 days. A similar experience at caliber collision in Carmichael took a week.
