There should be nothing easy about a car repair. The very fact that it's needed screams difficult. BUT then AAA sent me to Kneisels'. Sean was very communicative, empathetic, accommodating (there needs to be a way to strongly emphasize this, because Seam was over the top helpful). Less than an hour after he brought my car to me (I still can't belthat happened) I recommended Kneisels to my friend. Thank you Sean (thanks also to Lexi for her help).
