Kniesel’s restored my poor smashed in almost new car to showroom condition! The fit and finish of all the replaced parts are indistinguishable from the undamaged side. I was worried that my car would never be the same, but you guys knocked it out of the park. Well done!

I took my Mercedes S550 into Kneisel’s body shop, I met Phil and went over the damages to my vehicle. He made sure that I got everything taken care of to my satisfaction and call me when it was done. I was so surprised when I told him I didn’t have a ride to come home. I was told no problem. We’ll make sure that you get home. Then when my car was ready Omar brought my car back to my house. That was very great of him to do that your whole staff did a super job and it’s great that you can take it to someplace where you are given respect and where you are given the opportunity to share your concerns and your employees listened. I will recommend your shop to anyone Omar you are super I don’t know the young man’s name that brought me home after I took my car in to get fixed, but he was cool thanks again for everything that you did and you guys all have a great summer

Omar was so helpful and understanding. The lady at the desk was also great and can’t remember the name of the guy that brought me home after dropping off my car was really cool. All in all you have such a wonderful bunch of team members and got the job done in a timely manner. Give them a party for the great work they do on a daily basis.
