Cant' say enough about how satisfied I was with their service. Lexie was always courteous and knew exactly what was going on and was informative. I also loved that they have a relationship with Enterprise and we only had to drop off the rental to them and they took the rental back to Enterprise.

The entire experience from beginning to end was amazing. The work being done and the cost of that work was clearly communicated. They worked with my insurance company to get me setup with a rental vehicle during the repair which was amazing. And I received regular updates on the status of the repair. I will definitely take my car to Kniesel’s any time my car needs work and will suggest them to anyone looking for that kind of work.
