My only complaint was the poor communication between you and me. In 5 days I called 10 times to get an update and each time I was told that someone would call me back to give me that information. Not one time did I get a call back. Apparently the first bumper that was ordered came in damaged so a second one was ordered. Nobody attempted to update me as to why it was taking so long. Like I said nobody returned any calls. I was told in the beginning that the repair would take 2 maybe 3 days. Eight days later I got my car. The work seems to be done very nicely but your service leaves a lot to be desired.
